Bonne retraite !

Après 20 années d’ancienneté fêtées comme il se doit en septembre dernier avec toute l’équipe de la pâtisserie, c’est le moment pour Claude de ralentir… Pour vivre pleinement sa retraite bien méritée ! Arrivé en 2002 dans la maison Gaugler, Claude avait pour tâche de superviser la cuisson des pâtisseries de l’ensemble des boutiques. Il a une affection particulière pour le macaron.

Jeu de l’Epiphanie !

Comme la bûche à Noël et les chocolats à Pâques, la galette des rois est une tradition culinaire incontournable. Tirer les rois à l’Epiphanie continue toujours autant de séduire jeunes et moins jeunes qui ont plaisir à se réunir autour d’une belle et bonne galette des rois, à la frangipane ou pas. L’occasion aussi de se régaler une dernière fois.

Quand Lutin rime avec Malin

Dans la tradition, chaque 1er décembre, au lendemain de Thanksgiving, le Père Noël envoie ses petits lutins chez les gentils enfants pour vérifier s’ils sont bien sages.

Nos moulages de la Saint-Nicolas

Saint-Nicolas est à l'honneur chaque 6 décembre, et pour fêter cela comme il se doit, nous vous proposons un moulage au chocolat au lait ou noir, représentant ce personnage emblématique !
