Cette année le Salon fait peau neuve et accueillera 12 pâtissiers chocolatiers du Haut-Rhin: dont Pâtisserie Gaugler
Mais aussi des professions complémentaires comme un créateur de thé bio, des brioches originales, un torréfacteur de café, un producteur de vanille.
JMC Distribution proposera à la vente du matériel de pâtisserie. Les instituts Ma’Oha et Halte Bien-Etre proposeront des soins et produits à base de chocolats.
